The following information is required for processing booth requests. The exhibitors must be associated with the Agro business, Textile Business, Tourism and Culture promoting the regions of focus. Support service providers such as manufacturers of equipment and processes, logistical and supply chains will be considered for the trade only exhibition days of April 21,22 2013 on a limited space basis.
The design and culinary platforms are created to attract media and exposure to the companies being showcased and to cultivate a sustainable business model by nurturing and developing excellence in the textile industry and agro food industry.

Services available upon request. Please indicate requirement on registration forms and confirm at your earliest convenience. Rates to be confirmed when registering.
Meeting Room Rental
During the conference, there will be meeting rooms available for exhibitors and delegates to use for company meetings. These rooms will be available on a first‐come‐first‐served basis, pre‐booking is not possible. If you wish to use a meeting room during the conference, please contact the Exhibition Organizers Office on‐site.
Printing Service
For your convenience, printing service will be offered by the organizer before this year’s event. The service will be charged. If you need to print your brochure or Advertising, please contact us and send your documents to us before March 20, 2013.

Layout of Conference and Exhibition Centre
Floor plan sets out the sections relating to the food on the left of center and textile to the right of center, muti-services and tourism sectors placed where appropriate. The final floor plan may be subject to change to enhance the design impact of the overall event. Organizers reserve the right to position the exhibitors in the best locations determined by our design team. Booths are on a first come basis with limited size availability. We will try to best accommodate the preferred location of each exhibitor. The Exhibition Hall layout can be viewed here.
