CABINS ARE DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

Included in the Program:

  1. Includes wine, draft beer and soft drinks for lunch and dinner, bottled water in cabins replenished daily.
  2. Non-premium Open Bar package. Service will be available in the Panorama Bar between the hours of 2pm to 4pm (or at a specified two hours after lunch) and 10pm to midnight (or a specified 2 hours after dinner) everyday when on the ship. (Package includes drinks from the Bar list except for VSOP Cognac, Champagne Whiskey 12+ years and fancy cocktails.)
  3. Full board including: Early riser (reduced breakfast buffet), Buffet Breakfast (includes omelette service). Lunch(Buffet or Table Service depending upon itinerary), Light Lunch served in the Panorama Bar), Afternoon Coffee & Tea, Dinner (Coffee and Tea served after lunch and dinner), Dinner, late-night snack, Welcome cocktail, Welcome Dinner, Captain’s Gala Dinner

(i.e. if at a vineyard will only be wine and soft drinks, if at a brewery will only be draft beer and soft drinks)]

NOTE:

*A women’s leadership program will be designed alongside this Danube River Trade Expedition. An opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and strengthen relationships with International delegates will highlight these interactive sessions.

**For spouses, partners, companions attending, additional shore excursions will be designed and featured during the business meetings occurring generally after breakfast and lunch from 10:00 – 12:00; and 14:00 – 16:00.

Services Not Included:

  2. Excursions outside of the planned itinerary (including gratuities to guides, drivers and travel staff associated with non planned excursions.)
  3. Bar drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) outside of the program offering.
  4. Visa Costs: If required for entering or passing through various countries.
  5. Taxes on cruise ship, On-land hotel rooms VAT charges.

NOTE: This cruise will travel through European Union Countries. If a VISA is required, it is only for the European Union on this itinerary.

6. Transfers and other ground transportation outside of the cruise and conferences program outline.

7. Land arrangements before and after the cruise/conferences.

What are the cruise and conference dates?

The Danube River Trade Expedition begins on-land in Nuremberg on Nov 5 with a conference. Embarkation onto the ship is on November 6, 2019. In Vienna, the second conference and meetings occur on land, with one night in a hotel on land. Disembarkation is November 13, 2019 form the ship. The final conference and meetings are in Budapest with one last hotel night stay in Budapest. Departures are on November 14, 2019.

Can I do part of this itinerary and be credited for the parts I don’t do?

No. Upon registering, this series of events is non-refundable and non-transferable. The expectation is that attendees will participate fully in the program. If for any reason a delegate cannot join a part of the program, there will be no credits offered as space for the delegate has already been paid for and protocol clearances have been made.

What is the cost?

PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS, AND CABINS ARE BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY, AND PRICED PER PERSON. The cost for this Danube River Trade Expedition depends on the cabin category chosen. Prices start at $4000.00 USD per person, and increase depending on the cabin category chosen

What are the payment terms?

Upon completing the online registration, you will receive an email with banking instructions to pay. Payment must be received within 48 hours of registration or your reserve spot is automatically lost. Payment in full is required with your registration. Three one night rooms in Nuremberg, Vienna, and Budapest (double occupancy) will be paid for. The delegates upon check out will pay the room only VAT charges from the hotels (taxes), and any other expenses of a personal nature.

Am I able to make a presentation of my company on the ship or at the conference?

Yes,some will be complimentary some will be through sponsorship opportunities. An outline of sponsorship opportunities will be sent to registered delegates.

Are there additional charges for B2B and B2G meetings and business excursions?

No. The program will outline the meetings and excursions. The program items are included in the Danube River Trade Expedition. Full Itinerary, Regional Priorities and Opportunities will be highlighted and distributed to delegates prior to departure with enterprises and cooperation opportunities.

1. The Silk Road Trade Expedition will help you learn aspects of exporting and distributing Canadian and International products and services for the fast growing regions. 2. Additional Cooperation opportunities will be announced 3. Meetings with the representatives of various levels of Governments and International representatives of business. (Vice-Governor, Deputy Chairman of the Government, Acting Minister of International Cooperation and Foreign Economic Relations, Acting Minister of Agriculture, etc.) 4. Delegates will join in on sector specific roundtable discussions to present their projects, products, and services to the assigned Business Leaders tasked for Development and network with International participants. 5. Visits to local businesses and manufacturers in the region. 6. Additional B2B and B2G meeting opportunities to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration and potential partnerships.

Can tickets be bought and then resold?

No. Only one ticket per person's name. Tickets are non-transferable. ROOK Media's room list must match the ship's manifest for security and other reasons.

When do I know which cabin I am assigned?

Prior to departure, we will receive instructions from the ship on cabin quarters and share that with the guests. You will also receive a detailed itinerary of the day to day program.

When is my Cruise Ticket Issued?

Once full payment is received you will receive the Passenger Ticket by email.
